यत्र यत्र स्थितो योगी सुखमत्यन्तमश्नुते । तस्मात्सर्वप्रयत्नेन साधयेन्मुद्रिकां पराम् ॥३-९१॥
The yogi who practices this mudra resides wherever he resides. There he experiences only extreme happiness. Therefore, the seeker should practice this excellent posture with full concentration.

इस मुद्रा का अभ्यास करने वाला योगी जहाँ पर भी निवास करता है अर्थात् वह जहाँ पर भी रहता है । वहीं पर वह अत्यंत सुख को ही भोगता है । इसलिए साधक को पूरे मनोयोग के साथ इस श्रेष्ठ मुद्रा का अभ्यास करना चाहिए ।

अथ भुजङ्गिनीमुद्राकथनम् । वक्त्रं किञ्चित्सुप्रसार्य चाऽनिलं गलया पिबेत् । सा भवेद्भुजङ्गी मुद्रा जरामृत्युविनाशिनी ॥३-९२॥
You should open your mouth a little and drink the air through your throat, that is, take the air inside the body. This is called Bhujangini Mudra. This destroys both old age and death.

अपने मुहँ को थोड़ा सा खोलकर गले से वायु को पीना चाहिए अर्थात् वायु को शरीर के अन्दर लेकर जाएं । यह भुजंगिनी मुद्रा कहलाती है । इससे बुढ़ापा व मृत्यु दोनों का ही नाश होता है ।

अथ भुजङ्गिनीमुद्रायाः फलकथनम् । यावच्च उदरे रोगा अजीर्णादि विशेषतः । तत्सर्वं नाशयेदाशु यत्र मुद्रा भुजङ्गिनी ॥३-९३॥
Major diseases like indigestion etc. are caused due to the effect of this mudra. They all get destroyed.

इस मुद्रा के प्रभाव से अजीर्ण ( अपच ) आदि जो प्रमुख रोग होते हैं । वह सभी के सभी नष्ट हो जाते हैं ।

अथ मुद्राणां फलकथनम् । इदं तु मुद्रापटलं कथितं चण्ड ते शुभम् । वल्लभं सर्वसिद्धानां जरामरणनाशनम् ॥३-९४॥
Maharishi Gherand says to King Chandakapalik that I have described before you the chapter describing the currencies. All these postures are very dear to all scholars or accomplished men. All these postures ward off old age and death.

महर्षि घेरण्ड राजा चण्डकापालिक को कहते हैं कि मैंने मुद्राओं के विषय में वर्णन करने वाले अध्याय का वर्णन तुम्हारे सामने किया है । यह सभी मुद्राएँ सभी विद्वानों अथवा सिद्ध पुरुषों को अत्यंत प्रिय होती है । यह सभी मुद्राएँ बुढ़ापे व मृत्यु को दूर करने वाली होती हैं ।

शठाय भक्तिहीनाय न देयं यस्य कस्यचित् । गोपनीयं प्रयत्नेन दुर्लभं मरुतामपि ॥३-९५॥
All these currencies have been described as extremely confidential. The knowledge of these mudras should never be given to any evil, devotionless (devotee) or anyone, that is, any unworthy person.

इन सभी मुद्राओं को अत्यंत गोपनीय बताया गया है । इन मुद्राओं का ज्ञान कभी भी किसी दुष्ट, भक्तिहीन ( भक्ति रहित ), और चाहे जिसे अर्थात् किसी भी अयोग्य व्यक्ति को कभी भी नहीं देना चाहिए ।
