यत्र यत्र स्थितो योगी सुखमत्यन्तमश्नुते । तस्मात्सर्वप्रयत्नेन साधयेन्मुद्रिकां पराम् ॥३-९१॥
The yogi who practices this mudra resides wherever he resides. There he experiences only extreme happiness. Therefore, the seeker should practice this excellent posture with full concentration.

इस मुद्रा का अभ्यास करने वाला योगी जहाँ पर भी निवास करता है अर्थात् वह जहाँ पर भी रहता है । वहीं पर वह अत्यंत सुख को ही भोगता है । इसलिए साधक को पूरे मनोयोग के साथ इस श्रेष्ठ मुद्रा का अभ्यास करना चाहिए ।
