गुल्फौ च वृषणस्याधो व्युत्क्रमेणोर्ध्वतां गतौ । चितिमूलौ भूमिसंस्थौ कृत्वा च जानु नोपरि॥२-१४॥
Keeping the toes of both the feet on the ground below the testicles (toes downwards and heels upward), rest both the knees on the ground.

दोनों पैरों के पँजों को अंडकोशों के नीचे जमीन में रखते हुए ( पँजे नीचे व ऐड़ी ऊपर की ओर ) दोनों घुटनों को जमीन में टिकाएं ।
