आत्माअयं आत्मनि गतो हृदये अतिसूक्ष्मो ग्राह्यो अचलेन मनसा सतताभियोगात् । यो यं विचिन्तयति याति स तन्मयत्वं यस्मादतः सुभगं एव गता युवत्यः ॥ ७५-०४ ॥

The soul being subtle whenever it enters another soul, it requires some time and an effort of the mind to know the latter. The soul which intensely meditates on an object, assumes the shape of that object, and therefore, young women’s thoughts are always directed towards amiable persons.
