कलास्वभिज्ञः कलहप्रियश्च प्रभूतभृत्यः प्रमदाजितश्च । सम्पूज्य लोकं प्रजहात्यकस्मात् अब्जो अयं उक्तः सततौद्यतश्च ॥ ६९-३६ ॥
He was well versed in the arts and loved quarrels He had many servants and conquered women This lotus flower, which is said to be constantly awake, suddenly leaves the world after worshiping it.
english translation
kalAsvabhijJaH kalahapriyazca prabhUtabhRtyaH pramadAjitazca । sampUjya lokaM prajahAtyakasmAt abjo ayaM uktaH satataudyatazca ॥ 69-36 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमण्डलकक्षणं अतो रुचकानुचरो अभिचारवित्कुशलः । कृत्यावेताल आदिषु कर्मसु विद्यासु चानुरतः ॥ ६९-३७ ॥
Therefore he is a follower of Ruchaka and is skilled in abhichara He was always engaged in performing ritualistic ceremonies and in learning.

maNDalakakSaNaM ato rucakAnucaro abhicAravitkuzalaH । kRtyAvetAla AdiSu karmasu vidyAsu cAnurataH ॥ 69-37 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवृद्धऽकारः खर परुषमूर्धजश् च शत्रुनाशने कुशलः । द्विजदेवयज्ञयोगप्रसक्तधीः स्त्रीजितो मतिमान् ॥ ६९-३८ ॥
He is an old man with a sharp, harsh hair and is skilled at destroying enemies. He was attached to the brāhmaṇas, demigods, sacrifices and yoga.

vRddha'kAraH khara paruSamUrdhajaz ca zatrunAzane kuzalaH । dvijadevayajJayogaprasaktadhIH strIjito matimAn ॥ 69-38 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसाचीइति यः सो अतिविरूपदेहः शशानुगामी खलु दुर्भगश्च । दाता महारम्भसमाप्तकार्यो गुणैः शशस्यएव भवेत्समानः ॥ ६९-३९ ॥
The Sācin puruṣa will serve under the Śaśa puruṣa and will be of the character of his master; his appearance and colour will be disagreeable; he will be generous and will successfully execute every great deed commenced by him.

sAcIiti yaH so ativirUpadehaH zazAnugAmI khalu durbhagazca । dAtA mahArambhasamAptakAryo guNaiH zazasyaeva bhavetsamAnaH ॥ 69-39 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुरुषलक्षणं उक्तं इदं मया मुनिमतानि निरीक्ष्य समासतः । इदं अधीत्य नरो नृपसम्मतो भवति सर्वजनस्य च वल्लभः ॥ ६९-४० ॥
Thus have I explained succinctly the characteristics of men, after studying the opinions of the Sages. By learning this, one could become the favourite of kings and a beloved of all the people.

puruSalakSaNaM uktaM idaM mayA munimatAni nirIkSya samAsataH । idaM adhItya naro nRpasammato bhavati sarvajanasya ca vallabhaH ॥ 69-40 ॥
