सितरक्तपीतकृष्णा विप्रादीनां क्रमेण पिटका ये । ते क्रमशः प्रोक्तफला वर्णानां नाग्रजातानाम् ॥ ५२-०१ ॥
Pimples (piṭaka) breaking out in the Brāhmaṇas, the Kṣatriyas, the Vaiśyas and the Śūdras should respectively be white, red, yellow and black, in order that they may produce the effects described below.

sitaraktapItakRSNA viprAdInAM krameNa piTakA ye । te kramazaH proktaphalA varNAnAM nAgrajAtAnAm ॥ 52-01 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुस्निग्धव्यक्तशोभाः शिरसि धनचयं मूर्ध्नि सौभाग्यं आराद् दौर्भाग्यं भ्रूयुगोत्थाः प्रियजनघटनां आशु दुःशीलतां च । तन्मध्योत्थाश्च शोकं नयनपुटगता नेत्रयोरिष्टदृष्टिं प्रव्रज्यां शङ्खदेशे अश्रुजलनिपतन स्थानगा रान्ति चिन्ताम् ॥ ५२-०२ ॥
If glossy and clear pimples break out in the head, there will be acquisition of wealth; if in the crown of the head, there will be good fortune; if in the two eye-brows, there will be bad luck and the meeting of friends; if between the eye-brows, there will be loss of character; if on the eye-lids, there will be sorrow and the gaining of the desired object; if in the temples, the person will turn out a hermit; and if on both sides of the nose where the tears fall, there will be great anxiety.

susnigdhavyaktazobhAH zirasi dhanacayaM mUrdhni saubhAgyaM ArAd daurbhAgyaM bhrUyugotthAH priyajanaghaTanAM Azu duHzIlatAM ca । tanmadhyotthAzca zokaM nayanapuTagatA netrayoriSTadRSTiM pravrajyAM zaGkhadeze azrujalanipatana sthAnagA rAnti cintAm ॥ 52-02 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptघ्राणागण्डे वसनसुतदाश्चओष्ठयोरन्नलाभं कुर्युस्तद्वच्चिबुकतलगा भूरि वित्तं ललाटे । हन्वोरेवं गलकृतपदा भूषणान्यन्नपाने श्रोत्रे षड्भूतण गणं अपि ज्ञानं आत्मस्वरूपम् ॥ ५२-०३ ॥
If the pimple breaks out in the nose, the person will get new cloth; if in the cheek, he will get a son; if in the lips or just below them, he will get good food; if in the forehead or in the comers of the mouth, there will be acquisition of wealth; if in the throat, the person will acquire ornaments, food and drink; if in the ears, he will acquire a collection of ornament and a knowledge of Ātmā.

ghrANAgaNDe vasanasutadAzcaoSThayorannalAbhaM kuryustadvaccibukatalagA bhUri vittaM lalATe । hanvorevaM galakRtapadA bhUSaNAnyannapAne zrotre SaDbhUtaNa gaNaM api jJAnaM AtmasvarUpam ॥ 52-03 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिरःसन्धिग्रीवाहृदयकुचपार्श्वौरसि गता अयोघातं घातं सुततनयलाभं शुचं अपि । प्रियप्राप्तिं स्कन्धे अप्यटनं अथ भिक्षार्थं असकृद् विनाशं कक्षोत्था विदधति धनानां बहुमुखम् ॥ ५२-०४ ॥
If the pimpie breaks out in the joint of the head, the neck, the heart, the two nippies, the two sides, or in the breast, the person wall get respectively a blow with an iron rod, a blow, a son, a son again, any gain, grief, and any object of desire; if it breaks out in the two shoulders, there will be much wandering for alms and destruction; and if in the two arm-pits, the person will acquire wealth and comfort.
english translation
ziraHsandhigrIvAhRdayakucapArzvaurasi gatA ayoghAtaM ghAtaM sutatanayalAbhaM zucaM api । priyaprAptiM skandhe apyaTanaM atha bhikSArthaM asakRd vinAzaM kakSotthA vidadhati dhanAnAM bahumukham ॥ 52-04 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदुःखशत्रुनिचयस्य विनाशं पृष्ठबाहुयुगजा रचयन्ति । संयमं च मणिबन्धनजाता भूषणऽद्यं उपबाहुयुगुत्थाः ॥ ५२-०५ ॥
If the pimple breaks out in the back there will be grief and ruin; if in the two upper arms, the enemy will perish; if in the two wrists, there will be imprisonment; if in the two lower arms, there will be an acquisition of ornaments.

duHkhazatrunicayasya vinAzaM pRSThabAhuyugajA racayanti । saMyamaM ca maNibandhanajAtA bhUSaNa'dyaM upabAhuyugutthAH ॥ 52-05 ॥
