व्यभ्रे नभसिइन्द्रधनुर्दिवा यदा दृश्यते अथ वा रात्रौ । प्राच्यां अपरस्यां वा तदा भवेत्क्षुद्भ्यं सुमहत् ॥ ४६-४४ ॥
