भूपा न सम्यगभिपालनसक्तचित्ताः पित्तोत्थरुक्प्रचुरता भुजगप्रकोपः । एवंविधैर् उपहृता भवति प्रजाइयं संवत्सरे अवनिसुतस्य विपन्नसस्या ॥ १९-०९ ॥

Rulers will little attend to the protection of their subjects; bilious complaints will afflict mankind; there will also be deaths from snake-bites and crops will suffer blight or be otherwise injured.

english translation

bhUpA na samyagabhipAlanasaktacittAH pittottharukpracuratA bhujagaprakopaH । evaMvidhair upahRtA bhavati prajAiyaM saMvatsare avanisutasya vipannasasyA ॥ 19-09 ॥
