आर्याणां अपि कुरुते विनाशं अन्तर्गुरुर्विषमसंस्थः । गण इव षष्ठे दृष्टः स सर्वलघुतां जनं नयति ॥ १०४-५१ ॥
When Jupiter passes through the middle of odd signs, he produces miseries even to the righteous and when he passes through the 6th house, he also reduces the person to a condition of misery.
english translation
AryANAM api kurute vinAzaM antargururviSamasaMsthaH । gaNa iva SaSThe dRSTaH sa sarvalaghutAM janaM nayati ॥ 104-51 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअशुभनिरीक्षितः शुभफलो बलिना बलवान् अशुभफलप्रदश्च शुभदृग्विषयौपगतः । अशुभशुभावपि स्वफलयोर्व्रजतः समताम् इदं अपि गीतकं च खलु नर्कुटकं च यथा ॥ १०४-५२ ॥
When a benefic planet (graha) is aspected by a malefic planet or when a malefic planet is aspected by a benefic planet or when a benefic planet and a malefic planet occupy a sign together, in all the above cases the effects will be the same.

azubhanirIkSitaH zubhaphalo balinA balavAn azubhaphalapradazca zubhadRgviSayaupagataH । azubhazubhAvapi svaphalayorvrajataH samatAm idaM api gItakaM ca khalu narkuTakaM ca yathA ॥ 104-52 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनीचे अरिभे अस्ते च अरिदृष्टस्य सर्वं वृथा यत् परिकीर्तितम् । पुरतो अन्धस्य इव कामिन्याः सविलासकटाक्षनिरीक्षणम् ॥ १०४-५३ ॥
The good effects assigned to a planet will fail if such planet (graha) occupies his depression sign or an inimical sign or if he be aspected by an inimical planet—and a person can as little enjoy them as the blind can enjoy the beauties of a woman.

nIce aribhe aste ca aridRSTasya sarvaM vRthA yat parikIrtitam । purato andhasya iva kAminyAH savilAsakaTAkSanirIkSaNam ॥ 104-53 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसूर्यसुतो अर्कफलसमश्चन्द्रसुतश्छन्दतः समनुयाति यथा । स्कन्धकं आर्यागीतिर्वैतालीयं च मागधी गाथाआर्याम् ॥ १०४-५४ ॥
Saturn will produce effects in just the same way as the Sun—just as the Āryāgīti (metre) follows the rules of the Vaitālī metre and the Māgadhīgāthā follows the rules of Āryā.

sUryasuto arkaphalasamazcandrasutazchandataH samanuyAti yathA । skandhakaM AryAgItirvaitAlIyaM ca mAgadhI gAthAAryAm ॥ 104-54 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसौरो अर्करश्मि योगात् सविकारो लब्धवृद्धिरधिकतरम् । पित्तवदाचरति नृणां पथ्यकृतां न तु तथाआर्याणाम् ॥ १०४-५५ ॥
If Saturn be an Aṣṭāṅgata planet or if he be about to disappear by conjunction with the Sun, he will not produce miseries to the righteous.
