लाभभावस्थितर्क्षस्य कालचक्रदशा यदा । पुत्रस्त्रीबन्धुसौख्याप्तिर्भूपप्रीतिर्महत्सुखम् ॥ १५१॥
When, in the Kālachakra Daśā, the sign occupying the eleventh house (the house of gains) becomes operative, one should predict happiness from children, spouse, and relatives, the favor of the king or government, and great happiness.

धनवस्त्राप्तिरारोग्यं सतां सङ्गश्च जायते । शुभराशौ फलं पूर्णं पापराशौ च खण्डितम् ॥ १५२॥
There is acquisition of wealth and garments, good health, and association with virtuous people. If the Daśā sign is an auspicious sign, these results are experienced in full; if it is an inauspicious sign, the results are diminished or impaired.

व्ययभावगतर्क्षस्य कालचक्रदशा तदा । उद्योगभङ्गमालस्यं देहपीडां पदच्युतिम् ॥ १५३॥
When the Kālachakra Daśā of the sign occupying the twelfth house (the house of expenditure and loss) becomes operative, it brings interruption of undertakings, laziness, bodily affliction, and loss of position or status.
english translation
दारिद्यं कर्मवैफल्यं तथा व्यर्थव्ययं वदेत् । पापराशौ फलं त्वेवं शुभराशौ च तद्दलम् ॥ १५४॥
One should predict poverty, failure of undertakings, and fruitless expenditure. Such results occur when the Daśā sign is inauspicious (malefic); if the Daśā sign is auspicious, only half of these adverse effects are experienced.

लग्नादिव्ययपर्यन्तं भानां चरदशां ब्रुवे । तस्मात् तदीशपर्यन्तं संख्यामत्र दशां विदुः ॥ १५५॥
Now I shall describe the Chara Daśā of the zodiacal signs from the Ascendant (Lagna) up to the twelfth house. The duration of each Daśā is determined by counting from the sign itself to the sign occupied by its lord.
