लग्नाधिपेन संयुक्ते राजाऽनुग्रहवैभवम् । लक्ष्मीकटोक्षचिह्नानि नष्टराज्यार्थलाभकृत् ॥ २॥

birth of a son, will arise in the Antar Dasha of Mangal in his own Dasha, if he is in a Kendr, in Putr, in Dharm, in Labh, in Sahaj, or in Dhan, or be associated with the Lord of Lagn.

गृहक्षेत्राभिवृद्धिश्च गोमहिष्यादिलाभकृत् । महाराजप्रसादेन स्वेष्टसिद्धिः सुखावहा ॥ ४॥

if Mangal is in his exaltation, in his own Rāśi, or in his own Navāńś and is endowed with strength.

अथाऽष्टमव्यये भौमे पापदृग्योगसंयुते । मूत्रकृर्च्छादिरोगश्च कष्टाधिक्यं व्रणाद्भयम् ॥ ५॥
