दारिद्र्यमन्नविद्वोपमरिभीतिं च निर्दिशेत् । पापराशौ फलं पूर्णं शुभराशौ च तद्दलम् ॥ १४६॥
The adverse effects will be realized in full, if the Rāśi is a malefic one. Some mitigation in evil effects may be expected in the case of a benefic Rāśi.
english translation
धर्मभावगतर्क्षस्य कालचक्रदशा यदा । तदा पुत्रकलत्रार्थकृषिगेहसुखं वदेत् ॥ १४७॥
When, in the Kālachakra Daśā, the sign occupying the ninth house (the house of Dharma/Fortune) becomes active, one should predict happiness and gains related to children, spouse, wealth, agriculture or landed property, and residence (home).
english translation
सत्कर्मधर्मसंसिद्धिं महज्जनपरिग्रहम् । शुभराशौ शुभं पूर्णं पापराशौ च तद्दलम् ॥ १४८॥
It brings the accomplishment of righteous deeds (meritorious actions), success in religious or virtuous pursuits, and the favor or association of eminent and noble persons. If the Daśā sign is an auspicious sign, these results manifest in full; if it is an inauspicious sign, only half of those results are obtained.

कर्मभावगतर्क्षस्य कालचक्रदशा यदा । राज्याप्तिर्भूपसम्मानं पुत्रदारादिजं सुखम् ॥ १४९॥
When, in the Kālachakra Daśā, the sign occupying the tenth house (the house of Karma or profession) becomes operative, one should predict attainment of authority or position, honor from the king or government, and happiness derived from children, spouse, and other family members.

सत्कर्मफलमैश्वर्यं सद्गोष्ठ्या कालयापनम् । शुभराशौ फलं पूर्णं पापराशौ च मिश्रितम् ॥ १५०॥
It bestows the fruits of righteous deeds, prosperity and lordship, and the opportunity to spend time in the company of virtuous and learned people. If the Daśā sign is auspicious, these results are experienced in full; if it is an inauspicious sign, the results are mixed.
