Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra
सत्कर्मधर्मसंसिद्धिं महज्जनपरिग्रहम् । शुभराशौ शुभं पूर्णं पापराशौ च तद्दलम् ॥ १४८॥
It brings the accomplishment of righteous deeds (meritorious actions), success in religious or virtuous pursuits, and the favor or association of eminent and noble persons. If the Daśā sign is an auspicious sign, these results manifest in full; if it is an inauspicious sign, only half of those results are obtained.

satkarmadharmasaMsiddhiM mahajjanaparigraham । zubharAzau zubhaM pUrNaM pAparAzau ca taddalam ॥ 148॥
