लग्नाधिपः कुजक्षेत्रे बुधभे यदि संस्थितः । यत्र कुत्र स्थितो ज्ञेन वीक्षितो मुखरुक्प्रदः ॥ ६॥
Facial Diseases. Should Lagn‟s Lord be in a Rāśi of Mangal, or of Budh and has a Drishti on Budh, there will be diseases of the face.
english translation
lagnAdhipaH kujakSetre budhabhe yadi saMsthitaH । yatra kutra sthito jJena vIkSito mukharukpradaH ॥ 6॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नाधिपौ कुजबुधौ चन्द्रेण यदि संयुतौ । राहुणा शनिना सार्द्धं कुष्ठं तत्र विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ ७॥
Leprosy. Mangal, or Budh, having ownership of the ascending Rāśi and joining Candr, Rahu and Śani, will cause leprosy.
english translation
lagnAdhipau kujabudhau candreNa yadi saMyutau । rAhuNA zaninA sArddhaM kuSThaM tatra vinirdizet ॥ 7॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलग्नाधिपं विना लग्ने स्थितश्चेत्तमसा शशी । स्वेतकुष्ठं तदा कृष्णकुष्ठं च शनिना सह ॥ ८॥
If Candr is in Lagn, which is not however Cancer, and be with Rahu, there will occur white leprosy. Śani in place of Rahu will cause black leprosy, while Mangal similarly will afflict one with blood-leprosy.

lagnAdhipaM vinA lagne sthitazcettamasA zazI । svetakuSThaM tadA kRSNakuSThaM ca zaninA saha ॥ 8॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुजेन रक्तकुष्ठं स्यात्तत्तदेवं विचारयेत् । लग्ने षष्ठाष्टमाधीशौ रविणा यदि संयुतौ ॥ ९॥
Diseases in General. When Lagn is occupied by the Lords of Ari and Randhr Bhava along with Sūrya, the native will be afflicted by fever and tumours.

kujena raktakuSThaM syAttattadevaM vicArayet । lagne SaSThASTamAdhIzau raviNA yadi saMyutau ॥ 9॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptज्वरगण्डः कुजे ग्रन्थिः शस्त्रव्रणमथापि वा । बुधेन पित्तं गुरुणा रोगाभावं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ १०॥
Mangal, replacing Sūrya, will cause swelling and hardening of the blood vessels and wounds and hits by weapons. Budh so featuring will bring in billious diseases, while Guru in similar case will destroy any disease.

jvaragaNDaH kuje granthiH zastravraNamathApi vA । budhena pittaM guruNA rogAbhAvaM vinirdizet ॥ 10॥
