ज्वरगण्डः कुजे ग्रन्थिः शस्त्रव्रणमथापि वा । बुधेन पित्तं गुरुणा रोगाभावं विनिर्दिशेत् ॥ १०॥

Mangal, replacing Sūrya, will cause swelling and hardening of the blood vessels and wounds and hits by weapons. Budh so featuring will bring in billious diseases, while Guru in similar case will destroy any disease.
