उत्पिण्डिताक्षः श्वसिति फेनं वमति कम्पते । आविध्यति शिरो दन्तान् दशत्याध्मातकन्धरः ॥ १० ॥

The patient's eyes bulge out, they breathe heavily or rapidly (dyspnea), vomit froth from the mouth, and shiver violently. They toss or strike their head, grind or gnash their teeth, and have rigid, distended muscles in the neck and shoulders.

utpiNDitAkSaH zvasiti phenaM vamati kampate । Avidhyati ziro dantAn dazatyAdhmAtakandharaH ॥ 10 ॥
