शीतच्छायोदकाकाङ्क्षा नग्नत्वं पीतवर्णता । असत्यज्वलनज्वालातारकादीपदर्शनम् ॥ ११ ॥

In that caused by all the Doshas (increasing together) the symptoms of all the Doshas appear simultaneously. This insanity is difficult to cure, hence the physician should reject it.
धनकान्तादिनाशेन दुःसहेनाभिषङ्गवान् । पाण्डुर्दीनो मुहुर्मुह्यन् हाहेति परिदेवते ॥ १५ ॥
