होममन्त्रबलीज्यानां विगुणं परिकर्म च । समासाद्दिनचर्यादिप्रोक्ताचारव्यतिक्रमः ॥ ८ ॥
Defective or improper performance of fire sacrifices (Homa), chanting of hymns (Mantra), offering of oblations (Bali), and rituals (Ijya); to state briefly, any transgression (Vyatrikrama) against the rules of right conduct prescribed in Dinacharya Chapter 2 of Sutrasthana.
