रसायनानां द्विविधं प्रयोगमृषयो विदुः । कुटीप्रावेशिकं मुख्यं वातातपिकमन्यथा ॥ ५ ॥

Rasayana (rejuvenation) therapy is of two kinds as known to the sages. 1. Kutipraveshika the important one (greatly beneficial) and 2. Vataatapika the other (less beneficial).
