जीर्णशाल्योदनं जीर्णे शङ्खकुन्देन्दुपाण्डुरम्। भुञ्जीत यूषैः पयसा रसैर्वा धन्वचारिणाम्॥१२३॥

After its digestion, boiled rice jīrṇaśāli – of old Oryza sativa which is white like the conch shell, kunda – Jasminum sambac, and moon, should be consumed either with soups, milk or juice of meat of animals living in desert like lands.
