राजकोशातकीमूलं किण्वो वा मथितोद्भवः । कर्णिकापातसमये बृंहयेच्च विषापहैः ॥ ८० ॥
and root of rājakośātakī – Luffa acutangula or kinva (yeast) produced from churning of buttermilk. At the time of removal of the muscular ring the person should be given nourishing food which is anti-poisonous.
