उपप्लुता स्मृता योनिर्विप्लुताख्या त्वधावनात् । सञ्जातजन्तुः कण्डूला कण्ड्वा चातिरतिप्रिया ॥ ४९॥

this is Upapluta yoni. Vipluta is due to not washing the vagina (clearing again), gives rise to growth of worms (bacteria etc.) and itching, because of itching the woman desires copulation often.
