hk transliteration by Sanscriptउपप्लुता स्मृता योनिर्विप्लुताख्या त्वधावनात् । सञ्जातजन्तुः कण्डूला कण्ड्वा चातिरतिप्रिया ॥ ४९॥
this is Upapluta yoni. Vipluta is due to not washing the vagina (clearing again), gives rise to growth of worms (bacteria etc.) and itching, because of itching the woman desires copulation often.

upaplutA smRtA yonirviplutAkhyA tvadhAvanAt । saJjAtajantuH kaNDUlA kaNDvA cAtiratipriyA ॥ 49॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअकालवाहनाद्वायुः श्लेष्मरक्तविमूर्छितः । कर्णिकां जनयेद्योनौ रजोमार्गनिरोधिनीम् ॥ ५० ॥
By premature initiation of the urges, Vata getting aggravated along with Kapha and blood produces Karnika (sprouts of muscles) of vagina, obstructing the channel of the menstrual blood.
