शल्यजां तिलमध्वाज्यैर्लेपयेच्छिन्नशोधिताम् । अशस्त्रकृत्यामेषिण्या भित्त्वाऽन्ते सम्यगेषिताम् ॥३५॥

That due to foreign body should be cut open, cleaned and applied with the paste of tila – Sesamum indicum, honey and ghee. That which cannot be cut by the knife, should be split with the help of a probe properly,

zalyajAM tilamadhvAjyairlepayecchinnazodhitAm । azastrakRtyAmeSiNyA bhittvA'nte samyageSitAm ॥35॥
