भगन्दरेष्वेष विशेष उक्तः शेषाणि तु व्यञ्जनसाधनानि । व्रणाधिकारात्परिशीलनाच्च सम्यग्विदित्वौपयिकं विदध्यात् ॥ ४३ ॥

The procedure (therapies, recipes etc.) described here especially in Bhagandara; other methods of treatment whichever needed should be selected by properly going through the chapter on treatment of ulcers (chapter 25) and administered properly and appropriately.
