दूरावगाढाः सूक्ष्मास्या ये व्रणाः स्रुतशोणिताः । सेचयेच्चक्रतैलेन सूक्ष्मनेत्रार्पितेन तान् ॥ ३१ ॥

sanskrit

The wounds which are deep seated, with minute mouth (orifice) and exuding blood, should be bathed with Chakra Taila (oil dribbling from the pestle of the oil mill) pushed inside through the minute tubes.

english translation

dUrAvagADhAH sUkSmAsyA ye vraNAH srutazoNitAH । secayeccakratailena sUkSmanetrArpitena tAn ॥ 31 ॥
