सिद्धं धात्रीरसे तैलं नस्येनाभ्यञ्जनेन च । सर्वान् मूर्धगदान् हन्ति पलितानि च शीलितम् ॥ ४५ ॥

sesame oil processed with the fresh juice of dhātrī (dhātrī-rase / Emblica officinalis), when used as nasal drops (nasyena) and for head massage/anointing (abhyañjanena ca), cures all diseases of the head (sarvān mūrdha-gadān hanti) and also eliminates Palita (premature graying of hair) if practiced regularly (śīlitam).
