नावनं मूर्धवस्तिं च लेपयेच्च समाक्षिकैः । प्रियालबीजमधुककुष्ठमाषैः ससर्षपैः ॥ २६ ॥
Nasal therapy (nāvanaṃ) and mūrdhabasti (oil retention on the head) should be adopted; application of a paste (lepayet) made of the seeds of priyāla (Buchanania lanzan), madhuka (Glycyrrhiza glabra), kuṣṭha (Saussurea lappa), māṣa (Vigna mungo), and sarṣapa (Brassica nigra) mixed with honey (samākṣikaiḥ) should be done;
