हृदि जिह्वौष्ठदशनश्वासमुष्टिनिपीडनैः । कोष्ठे विबन्धवमथुस्तनदंशान्त्रकूजनैः ॥ ७ ॥
Pain in the heart (chest area) is indicated by the biting of the tongue and lips, difficult breathing (dyspnea), and clenching of the fists. Pain in the abdomen (alimentary tract) is indicated by constipation, vomiting, biting of the breast during feeding, and intestinal gurgling (borborygmi).
