कफात्सलवणं सान्द्रं जले मज्जति पिच्छिलम् । संसृष्टलिङ्गं संसर्गात्त्रिलिङ्गं सान्निपातिकम् ॥ ४ ॥

Breast milk vitiated by Kapha is slightly salty, thick, slimy, and sinks to the bottom of the water. When vitiated by a combination of two Doshas, it exhibits mixed symptoms (Samsargaja); when all three Doshas are simultaneously involved (Sannipataja), characteristics of all three Doshas are present.
