तैलसिक्तात्प्रदीप्ताग्रात्स्नेहः सद्यो रुजापहः । योज्यश्चैवं भद्रकाष्ठात्कुष्ठात्काष्ठाच्च सारलात् ॥५॥

The oil that drops down (filled into the ears in a lukewarm state), relieves the pain immediately. The oil obtained from Cedrus deodara, kuṣṭha – Saussurea lappa and the wood of sārala – Pinus longifolia to be used in the same manner.
