The patient should be made to drink old ghee in Abhishyanda of Vata origin, ghee mixed with sugar in that of Pitta origin, ghee boiled with vyosha -Black pepper – Piper nigrum, Long pepper fruit – Piper longum and Ginger – Zingiber officinale and added with the powder of alkali prepared from Hordeum vulgare in that caused by Kapha; after drinking, next his blood should be let out in large quantity/ or more number of times;
