अनुपानं करोत्यूर्जां तृप्तिं व्याप्तिं दृढाङ्गताम्। अन्नसङ्घातशौथिल्यविक्लित्तिजरणानि च॥५२॥
Benefits of Anupana: Anupana – after – drink invigorates, gives contentment, helps proper movement of food inside, stability of the body parts; loosening of hard masses of food, their proper liquification (moistening) and digestion.
