Astanga Hrudaya
समीक्ष्य सम्यगात्मानमनिन्दन्नब्रुवन् द्रवम्। इष्टमिष्टैः सहाश्र्नीयाच्छुचिभक्तजनाहृतम्॥३८॥
without scolding / abusing the food, without too much of talk; should partake more of liquid food, that which is liked, in the company of the liked persons, and served by those who are clean and faithful to him.

samIkSya samyagAtmAnamanindannabruvan dravam। iSTamiSTaiH sahAzrnIyAcchucibhaktajanAhRtam॥38॥
