गुदे विशेषाद्विण्मूत्रसंरोधोऽतिप्रवर्तनम्। पुंस्त्वोपघातो मृत्युर्वा गुदस्य शातनाद्ध्रुवम्॥३६॥

Excessive burning of the anus/rectum produces obstruction for passing of feces and urine or their excessive elimination, loss of/destruction of sexual power (impotence) and sure death due to prolapsed of rectum.

english translation

gude vizeSAdviNmUtrasaMrodho'tipravartanam। puMstvopaghAto mRtyurvA gudasya zAtanAddhruvam॥36॥
