समन्तादप्यहोरात्रमगस्त्योदयनिर्विषम् । शुचि हंसोदकं नाम निर्मलं मलजिज्जलम् ॥ ५२ ॥

Due to the rising of the star Agastya, the water which becomes free from defects, is called 'Hansodak'.

english translation

अगस्त्य तारा के उदय हो जाने से निर्विषं ( दोषरहित ) अतएव पवित्र, निर्मल एवं दोषनाशक जल को 'हंसोदक' कहते हैं।

hindi translation

samantAdapyahorAtramagastyodayanirviSam | zuci haMsodakaM nAma nirmalaM malajijjalam || 52 ||
