स्वस्थचित्तस्य चन्दनार्द्रस्य मालिनः । निवृत्तकामतन्त्रस्य सुसूक्ष्मतनुवाससः ॥३८॥
Pleasant atmosphere - Keep the mind healthy during these days, wet the body with sandalwood paste, wear garlands of flowers and gems, do not have sexual intercourse with a woman, wear thin and light clothes.

मनोहर वातावरण— इन दिनों चित्त को स्वस्थ बनाये रखें, चन्दन के लेप से शरीर को गीला करें, फूलों एवं रत्नों की माला को धारण करें, स्त्री सहवास न करें, पतले एवं हलके वस्त्रों को धारण करें।
