Astanga Hrudaya
वातघ्नतैलैरभ्यङ्गं मूर्ध्नि तैलं विमर्दनम् । नियुद्धं कुशलैः सार्धं पादाघातं च युक्तितः ॥१०॥
One should daily do abhyanga with anti-gas oils. Massage the head with oil. One should fight with skilled fighters (Niyuddha). Massage should be done with feet judiciously.
english translation
प्रतिदिन वातनाशक तैलों से अभ्यंग करना चाहिए। सिर पर तैल का मर्दन करे। कुशल लड़ने वालों के साथ (नियुद्ध) बाहुयुद्ध करना चाहिए। युक्तिपूर्वक पैरों से मर्दन करना चाहिए।
