कर्णेऽम्बुपूर्णे हस्तेन मथित्वा तैलवारिणी। क्षिपेदधोमुख़ं कर्णं हन्याद्वाऽऽचूषयेत वा॥४१॥

Removal of water which has entered the ears: If the ears are full of water, it should be removed by putting the oil removers churned with hands of the physician, into the ears (of the patient) or the ears should be kept facing downwards and the head should be given a blow from the side or the water can be sucked out with the help of tubular instruments.

english translation

karNe'mbupUrNe hastena mathitvA tailavAriNI। kSipedadhomuqhaM karNaM hanyAdvA''cUSayeta vA॥41॥
