नक्तंदिनानि मे यान्ति कथम्भूतस्य सम्प्रति । दुःखभाङ्न भवत्येवं नित्यं सन्निहितस्मृतिः॥४७॥

विचार-पद्धति—आजकल मेरे रात-दिन कैसे बीत रहे हैं, मैं कैसा होता जा रहा हूँ ? इस प्रकार का प्रतिदिन ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने वाला पुरुष कभी दुःखी नहीं होता है ।
