Seminal stone (Sukrasmari) gets formed in adults due to the suppression of the flow of semen. When the semen has left its seat (of production) but is not ejaculated, the Anila (Vata) Dosha staying inside the scrotum gets aggravated.

english translation

By withholding the semen, the Vata dries up its moisture, causing it to harden into a seminal calculus (Sukrasmari). This produces pain in the bladder, difficult urination, and swelling of the scrotum.

english translation

soon after Shukra Ashmari formation; the semen liquefies and flows but stops in the middle and comes out through the channel when squeezed. Sharkara (urinary gravel) is urinary stone itself,

english translation

but broken to small pieces by Vata, coming out along with urine when Vata is having downward movement and obstructing the flow of urine when (Vata is) having upward movement.

english translation

In a person who suppresses the urge of urination habitually, Marut (Vata) being aggravated blocks the mouth of the urinary bladder. This causes blockage of urine, pain, and an itching sensation.
