सामान्यं लक्षणं कार्श्यं धूमकस्तमको ज्वरः । मूर्छा शिरोरुग्विष्टम्भः श्वयथुः करपादयोः ॥ २१ ॥

Rupa (clinical features): Its general symptoms are emaciation, feeling of hot fumes coming out from the mouth Tamaka (dyspnoea), fever, fainting, headache, stasis of undigested food in the stomach and swelling of the hands and feet.
