तथा मूत्रशकृत्पित्तकफान् धातूंश्च साशयान् । मृद्नात्यग्निं ततः सर्वो भवति प्रायशोऽर्शसः ॥ २२ ॥
and also the urine, faeces, Pitta, Kapha and the Dhatus (tissues) along with their places of dwelling, causes weakness of the fire (digestive activity). Then all these together lead to production of piles.
