आशङ्का ग्रहणीदोषपाण्डुगुल्मोदरेषु च । एतान्येव विवर्धन्ते जातेषु हतनामसु ॥ २० ॥
all these creating doubt of (the presence of) disorders of duodenum, anemia, abdominal tumors and enlargement of the abdomen; these (diseases) get increased when Hatanama (Arsas-piles) manifests.
