शिरःपार्श्वास्थिरुक्कम्पो मर्मभेदस्त्रिकग्रहः । उरोविबन्धस्तिमिरं कासः श्वासः प्रजागरः ॥ १६ ॥
Pain in the head, flanks, and bones (shirah-parshva-asthi-ruk); tremors (kampa); cutting pain in the vital spots (marma-bheda); catching pain/stiffness in the upper back or sacral region (trika-graha); constriction or tightness in the chest (uro-vibandha); darkness before the eyes, temporary blindness, or coma (timira); cough (kasa); dyspnea or breathlessness (shvasa); and sleeplessness (prajagara).
