अरोचको भवेद्दोषैर्जिह्वाहृदयसंश्रयैः । सन्निपातेन मनसः सन्तापेन च पञ्चमः ॥ २८ ॥
Arochaka Nidana (diagnosis of anorexia): Arochaka – (loss of taste, loss of appetite, anorexia) arises from the Doshas (one from each Dosha separately) which are localized in the Jihva (tongue) and Hridaya (mind); one from all the Doshas together and the fifth from the affection of the mind.
