कुपितं रोमकूपैश्च समस्तैस्तत्प्रवर्तते। ऊर्ध्वं साध्यं कफाद्यस्मात्तद्विरेचन साधनम्॥८॥

from all the channels, the hair follicles (in the skin) and all other sites (of both upper and lower regions). Sadhyasadhyata (Prognosis): Urdhavaga (upward direction) is sadhya (curable) because of Kapha (being the associate Dosha); for this (the disease) purgation is the ideal method of treatment.
