उदानः क्षवथूद्गारच्छर्दिनिद्राविधारणैः । गुरुभारातिरुदितहास्याद्यैर्विकृतो गदान् ॥ २१ ॥
Udana vata getting aggravated by suppression of sneezing, belching, vomiting and sleep, carrying heavy load on the head, diseases caused due to excess indulgence in weeping, laughing etc.
