वाताद्रूक्षारुणं पित्तात्ताम्रं कमलपत्रवत् । सदाहं रोमविध्वंसि कफाच्छ्वेतं घनं गुरु ॥ ३८ ॥
Due to predominance of vata, shvitra skin patches are dry and aruna- light red; due to pitta, it is of coppery red in color, resembling lotus petal, has burning sensation and destruction of body hairs from kapha, the skin is white, thick, heavy and has itching;
