व्रणानामधिकं शूलं शीघ्रोत्पत्तिश्चिरस्थितिः । रूढानामपि रूक्षत्वं निमित्तेऽल्पेऽपि कोपनम् ॥ १२ ॥

severe pain in the wounds, which arise quickly and stay long, roughness of wounds, even in those wounds which have healed, the wounds get exacerbated- flare up even with trivial causes,

vraNAnAmadhikaM zUlaM zIghrotpattizcirasthitiH । rUDhAnAmapi rUkSatvaM nimitte'lpe'pi kopanam ॥ 12 ॥
